Research Fund 22/09 :: João Rui Tanoeiro

Congratulations, João Rui Tanoeiro, a PhD student in biopolymer engineering, who just arrived in Ireland to study microalgae at the Technical University of the Shannon. A fellow Ribatejan – which is the Portuguese region our intrepid founder comes from as well – João Tanoeiro sent us a memorable and enthusiastic message asking for 300 euros, so he could secure his irish lodging. Needless to say we put the money in his bank account in less than five minutes!

And we also made our tradicional contributions to APECE, Loving the Planet, and Faidout.
