…sometimes our Research Fund recipients have so much fun that they forget to send us their photos!
This was the case with our friend Gerson Fortes, a senior Marine Biology student from the Superior School of Sea Technology, in Peniche, where our intrepid founder teaches as well.
Needless to say that Gerson had to perform extra-hard while taking his Fisheries Biology, Fisheries Technology and Marine Resources Management classes! But it paid off in the end, because the Professor not only got him a nice internship at the amazing L’Aquàrium Barcelona, but also slipped him 350 euros so he could cover rent!
Congratulations Gerson and keep on rockin’!
PS – Back in 2022 we were still awarding funds to our friends from APECE, Loving the Planet and Faidout, before our clients started acting cheap and cutting on their Research Fund contributions! He! He!
