Congratulations to Miguel Pisco, who asked us for some funds so he could attend the European Cetacean Conference, and present results from his research on the implications of non-lethal entanglement and parasite load on Icelandic Minke whales using scar-based analysis.
Miguel his doing his Master’s in Biology at the University of Wageningen and there’s no way we could say no to such a cool request, so we wired him 130 euros.
