Congratulations to Milene Guerreiro, who’s doing her Ph.D. on fish larvae communities along the Portuguese shoreline, hoping to better understand environmental factors that dictate their survivorship. This is vital information for managing fish stocks, especially in light of current climate changes.
Milene is studying at the very prestigious Universidade de Coimbra and requested some funding to attend a fish larvae identification course in France, so we gladly sent her 150 euros.
