And this is what 462 lovely Scomber scombrus look like after a 22 hours 1900 km transport by road during a heatwave.

This trip to L’Ocearium du Croisic was very special to us, not only because of the technical difficulty involved, but mostly because we normally have a member of the senior staff leading these excursions but, this time, we had a junior staff member in charge of a relatively inexperienced team.

This is important and truly the only way for our team to grow.

Needless to say that every step was taken to ensure success, and the whole team was on call to assist our team mate João Reis, who rose beautifully to this challenging occasion!
